The Opportunity:

• A busy, varied caseload with the support staff and thoughtful scheduling to back it up, including at least two full weekends off every month
• Full medical autonomy and a consistently strong surgical schedule
• Consistent collaboration and a collective interest in mentoring externs and early career veterinarians

The Resources:

• Large and modern facility with full in-house diagnostics, including dental and digital x-rays, ultrasound, and lab
• Surgical and therapeutic laser
• 1:1.5 doctor-to-tech ratio
• Active externship site for multiple veterinary programs, with a pathway to join our preceptor team

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses
• 401(k) with company match
• Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA’s nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL
• Professional liability coverage, DEA and state licensing, and VIN membership
