What You'll Do
- Provide Clinical Leadership - Guide medical protocols, mentor veterinarians, and ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Drive Practice Excellence - Maintain our reputation as the area's premier veterinary facility
- Expand Exotic Medicine - Lead our unique exotic and pocket pet services, setting us apart from other practices
- Team Development - Foster growth and continuing education within our accomplished veterinary team
- Community Engagement - Represent our hospital as a leader in the Anchorage veterinary community and partner with our sister hospitals in the region to serve the entire state.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience in veterinary practice management
- Strong clinical skills across small animal medicine
- Exotic animal experience preferred - or enthusiasm to develop expertise
- Adventurous spirit ready to embrace the Alaska lifestyle
- Commitment to excellence that matches our team's reputation
