  • Customer complaint calls.
  • Customer support.
  • Online customer support.
  • Customer service training.
  • Training documentation of corrective action.
  • Support to clinic managers.
  • Site inspection/assistance.
  • And other duties as needed.
  • You must be a fast and innovative individual.
Requirements:
  • This job requires flexibility to be at the clinic at odd hours- nights, weekends, swing shifts, and holidays.
  • This job requires your ability to think and act within boundaries.
