Central Coast Pet Emergency Hospital is hiring a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to work at our busy 24/7 veterinary hospital. You will be an integral member of a team that includes doctors, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants.

Highlights and job duties include:

·Greet clients in a compassionate and helpful manner.

·Professionally answer phones and assist callers.

·Accurately create and update medical records.

·Process hospital admissions and discharges including invoices and payments.

·Work collaboratively with hospital team members.

·Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Must have good listening, critical-thinking, problem-solving, time-management, computer, and decision-making skills.

·Self-starter able to function effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

·Previous customer service experience required, medical or veterinary experience preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on background and experience

Schedule: Part-time, 4pm-11:30pm Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays
