Our Registered Veterinary Technicians are a vital part of our medical team. We believe in utilizing our RVTs to the fullest extent of their California license, empowering them to practice high-quality medicine alongside our veterinarians. From anesthesia and surgery to dentistry, nursing care, diagnostics, and client education, you'll have the opportunity to fully utilize your education and experience while continuing to grow professionally.

About You
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Requirements:
- Current California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a veterinary hospital
- Passion for continued learning and professional growth
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to medicine
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Clinical Skills
You possess clinical skills and experience that include (but are not limited to):
- Patient assessment and physical examinations
- Venipuncture and advanced phlebotomy
- IV catheter placement and fluid therapy
- Digital radiography and radiation safety
- Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Perioperative surgical nursing
- Routine dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
- Laboratory sample collection and in-house diagnostics
- Medication calculations and administration
- Critical care and hospitalized patient nursing
- Client education and discharge instructions
- Accurate medical record documentation
Leadership
We're looking for an RVT who is excited to:
- Mentor veterinary assistants and newer team members
- Help maintain efficient hospital workflow
- Promote a positive team culture
- Deliver exceptional patient care
- Lead by example through professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
Schedule
Our hospital is currently open:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
As our hospital continues to grow, we look forward to expanding our hours and services. We'd love to discuss a schedule that works well for you.
Compensation
We believe each team member should be compensated based on their knowledge, skills, experience, and the value they bring to our hospital.
Expected pay range:$24.00–$26.00 per hour
