Cherry Hill Animal Hospital located in Cherry Hill, NJ is searching for a veterinary technician.

We are a 4 full-time and 1 part time doctor, companion animal hospital. Our Fear Free certified clinic combines a community and family feel with state-of-the-art technology. We offer our clients routine wellness and illness care as well as ultrasonography, digital radiographs, dental radiographs, cutting laser, therapeutic cold laser, and behavior medicine. About You:

·Ability to perform tasks associated with Technician responsibilities (to include placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care, dental prophylactics, radiographs, etc.)  

·Quality Medicine. Our team of Doctors and Technicians utilize state of the art equipment to perform advanced techniques providing excellent care and treatment services. 

·Supportive environment that will encourage you to be the best technician you can be. We place a high value on continuing education and on-going training. Be ready for opportunities to learn & grow – in-house CE, AtDove, etc. This year we hosted our first annual staff retreat!

·You are committed to outstanding client service, exceptional patient care and really want to make a difference!  

·You have an interest in the mental well-being of the pet and using low stress handling techniques and care or excited about learning to practice this way.

·Surgery & anesthesia experience is a HUGE plus!

Anticipated Schedule:

·Four 10-hour shifts with some evenings

·One Saturday month

Compensation:

·$17-25/hour (commensurate with experience)
