We are currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team. About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded GP technician who enjoys a variety of responsibilities throughout the hospital. From appointments to surgery and dentistry. We are looking for someone who is confident in their technical skills, collaborative with teammates, and motivated to continue learning and growing in veterinary medicine.

This position works four 10-hour shifts per week, with rotating Saturdays (1–2 per month) to support our patients and clients.




What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians during exams and appointments
  • Obtain patient histories and support client education
  • Perform blood draws, catheter placement, and laboratory procedures
  • Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical procedures
  • Perform and assist with dental cleanings and dental radiographs
  • Prepare and maintain surgical and treatment areas
  • Provide compassionate patient care and safe animal handling
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the hospital running smoothly



What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license preferred
  • 1–2 years of veterinary technician experience in general practice
  • Comfortable working in appointments, surgery, and dentistry
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
  • Passion for providing excellent patient care
  • Interest in continuing to grow professionally



Schedule

  • 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts)
  • Rotating Saturdays (1–2 per month)



Compensation

  • $23–$26 per hour, based on experience
