Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a vital part of our medical team, you will assist with a wide range of clinical and patient care duties, including:

· Assisting in patient exams, treatments, and surgical procedures

· Monitoring and caring for hospitalized patients

· Restraint and handling for exams, blood draws, and procedures

· Performing in-house diagnostics (radiographs, bloodwork, fecal analysis)

· Administering medications under veterinary supervision

· Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and exam areas

· Providing compassionate client communication and education

About You:

· At least one year of experience as a veterinary assistant

· Passionate about animal care and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of patient care

· Team-oriented and adaptable, with excellent communication skills

· Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Schedule & Hours:

· Flexible shifts with a minimum of one Saturday per month

· Hospital Hours:

o Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM

o Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 7 PM

o Saturday: 8 AM - 2 PM

o Closed daily for lunch from 1 PM - 2 PM
