  • Compensation
    • Base hourly rate of $15.50 - $17.00 (depends on experience)
    • Eligible for periodic bonus
    • Eligible for commission 
    • Sign-on bonus of up to $200.00 (for applicants with over 2yrs experience) Paid after 90 day probation period.

Northgate Small Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary hospital that offers comprehensive and progressive medical treatments to our furry patients. We provide the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service. We are an AAHA accredited practice and have many Fear Free Certified DVMs and team members.

The base hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Open to discussion depending on level of experience.

Our Client Service Representatives are very valuable to the day to day efficiency of our hospital. You will work alongside experienced, highly trained veterinary professionals that hold themselves to the highest standards to provide excellent patient care and amazing customer service.
Job expectations: Provides an excellent and expeditious client experience; greets clients, responds to questions; processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles payments. Answers phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing messages and e-mail. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Minimum of 1 year related experience required.

·Previous Veterinary Reception Experience (over 1 year experience)

·Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations
