We’re a thriving, well-established practice seeking a fifth veterinarian to join our collaborative team. We provide outstanding care to dogs, cats, and furry exotics, and we’re passionate about offering a supportive environment where both new and experienced veterinarians can grow and thrive. What We Offer:
  • Work-Life Balance: We offer full-time or part-time options with minimal weekend work (every other Saturday) and no on-call duties, so you can enjoy your time off without the stress of after-hours emergencies. Wellness programs are designed to support work-life balance and stress management, ensuring you maintain a healthy and fulfilling career.
  • Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive starting base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000
  • You’ll also receive performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays.
  • Licensing, Dues & Pet Care Benefits: We cover AVMA & ISVMA dues, state license, and controlled substance license fees. Mentorship and Career Growth
At Crest Hill Animal Hospital, we support veterinarians at every stage of their career. All experience levels will receive mentorship directly from Dr. Brandy Saubert, our Managing Veterinarian, who has extensive experience in surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, and preventative care. Dr. Saubert fosters a collaborative, hands-on environment to help you grow your clinical skills.
