Sunset Veterinary Clinic is a small animal clinic with a loyal client base. We have been in business since 1996 and moved into our new facility in 2014. Sunset is a 3-doctor practice. We are a close team operating in a professional, yet fun and compassionate environment. We believe in investing in our team. By advancing our staff’s knowledge and skills, we can improve the quality of care for our patients.

Expected working hours would be between 35-40 a week, including rotating weekend shifts. Each employee has a set day off during the week to help balance weekend hours. We are open Mon-Fri 7:30a-6p and Sat 8a-12p. Experience is preferred, but each employee will go through a detailed and structured training process.

Job duties would include answering phones, making appointments, taking detailed messages, directing calls, answering basic questions, greeting clients and patients arriving for appointments, handling invoicing and money collection, and other client-related tasks. A client service representative must facilitate the needs of the clients while promoting the health and needs of the pet.
