- Diverse Small Animal Care: You’ll treat the full spectrum of small animal general practice, including preventative wellness visits, sick visits, surgery, and dentistry. Every day brings variety, with the opportunity to provide comprehensive care for your patients.
- Cutting-Edge Equipment: We’ve got all the tools you need to succeed—digital x-rays, an IDEXX lab, ultrasound, dental units, and rehab equipment (like a water treadmill and laser therapy) to ensure every patient gets the best possible care. Plus, we’re always open to purchasing any additional equipment you may need to support your practice and grow your skills.
- No After-Hours, No On-Call: Enjoy a true work-life balance with no after-hours or on-call shifts. We don’t hospitalize patients overnight and can transport them to NIVES (our sister hospital right next door) for emergency or specialty care if and when needed.
- Collaborative, Supportive Team: With 3 technicians/assistants per DVM, you’ll have a strong team behind you. We believe in working together, learning from each other, and offering mutual support to provide the best care for our patients.
- Mentorship and Growth: Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced vet, we offer mentorship tailored to your needs. You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate with specialists and pursue professional development through CE funding and support for any specialty interests—like acupuncture or rehabilitation.
- Rehabilitation Department: Our unique rehab services (the only ones of their kind in the area) give you the chance to help patients recover and thrive, using innovative treatments that truly make a difference.
