SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:

·Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $115,000 - $120,000 depending on experience)

·PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%)

·Signing Bonus Package: 

•  Sign on Bonus will be paid at start date ($5,000-$10,000)
•  Relocation Bonus Package ($5,000 - $10,000)

·New Grad Benefits:

• Regional Next Level Mentorship Program for all New Grads for year one.
• Referral Program Eligibility – Once you sign with us, if you refer “a friend” you can earn an additional $10,000.

·Other Bonuses:
