The Opportunity
As Managing Veterinarian, you'll balance clinical practice with leadership and mentorship, helping guide the medical direction of the hospital while supporting the growth and success of your team.
Lead the Medical Team
- Maintain and elevate standards of care
- Support case collaboration and medical decision-making
- Promote consistency in diagnostics, treatment plans, and client communication
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence
Mentor & Develop Others
- Coach and support associate veterinarians
- Help create a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and professional development efforts
- Serve as a trusted resource for doctors and support staff alike
Help Shape the Future
- Partner with hospital leadership on practice goals and growth initiatives
- Support efficient workflows and operational improvements
- Play a key role during an exciting leadership transition
- Influence the future direction of a well-established hospital
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000-$160,000, depending on experience
- Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Quarterly production bonus opportunities
- Additional management bonus incentives

Who We're Looking For
- DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
- Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and team development
- Commitment to practicing high-quality, ethical veterinary medicine
