Join our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, detailed oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. This position is open to a licensed technican or a technician able to be licensed in the State of Wisconsin. Position requires excellent communication skills, abilty to work under pressure, proficiency in venipuncture, catheter placement, medical history charting and willingness to perform various duties and customer service. Candiate must be able to lift 40-50 lb. Experience working in general practice and surgery/dental are a plus. Our practice is located in the beautiful recreational community of Minocqua, Wisconsin. We see primarily companion animals with enough exotic and pocket pets to keep things interesting. Our practice has the latest in equipment and technology including on site lab and dental/DR radiography. Benefits include but are not limited to health, dental, vision, life insurance and both short term and long term disability. Both Full-time and part-time staff are eligible for 401k with match and uniform allowance. Vet care discounts with qualified hours. Licensed staff recieve CE allowance and paid license.
Compensation is based on experience:
Licensed technician ($18.00-$22.00/ hr) with sign on bonus $500
