Veterinary Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians during exams, procedures, and surgeries.
- Safely restrain animals during treatments and diagnostics.
- Educate pet owners on proper care, medications, and aftercare instructions.
- Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and materials for appointments.
- Perform basic lab tasks, including processing in-house diagnostic tests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hospital.
What We’re Looking For:
- Veterinary assistant experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping animals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
