Seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians! Fresh out of school? Have a few years of experience? Our technicians achieve their fullest potential and utilize all of their skills at Brighton Eggert with several different rotating rolls such as laboratory, pharmacy, surgery, outpatient and inpatient technician. We believe that our technicians play an integral role in the level of medical care that we are able to provide daily to our patients and clients.
We offer many benefits to our team members such as on the job training, uniform allowance, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings & 401k. In addition, we have many bonuses for our LVT’s including sign-on, retention, referral, quarterly support staff and quarterly paw bonus. All of our technicans are given an annual CE budget and a few are sent annually to major veterinary conferences. We will also cover your license renewal fees should your license come due during employment

The base hourly range for this position is $17.75-$23.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The team can provide more information about compensation and benefits for your specific location during the process.
