Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Veterinary Technician:

· Direct Assistance in Procedures: Collaborate with the veterinarian during surgeries, dentals, and emergency cases, taking an active role in delivering top-notch patient care.

· Mentorship: Be a supportive mentor to our veterinary assistants, fostering an educational environment that encourages growth and skill development.

· Client Relationships: Join a clinic known for strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, focusing on compassion, communication, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For in a Licensed Veterinary Technician:

· Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with proven experience in surgery and procedures.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

- Compensation: The base hourly range for this position is starting at $20 per hour. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
