Are you an experienced ER Veterinary Technician looking for an exciting overnight role in emergency and critical care? Animal Medical Center of Plainfield is seeking skilled and passionate technicians to join our state-of-the-art emergency department in Plainfield, IL. Our 20-doctor, full-service General Practice and Emergency hospital provides exceptional care to pets throughout the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. Due to our hospital’s rapid growth, we need dedicated overnight ER technicians to help us continue delivering top-tier emergency care.

Position Details & Requirements:

· Overnight ER Veterinary Technician – Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in emergency medicine and are comfortable with triage, ICU patient care, and surgery.

Desired Skills:

· Phlebotomy & Catheter Placement

· Knowledge of Radiology Safety & Proper Technique

· Anesthesia Monitoring Proficiency

· Perioperative Surgical Nursing Skills

· ICU Nursing Skills

· Experience Operating Fluid Pumps & Maintaining IV Sets

· Triage & Emergency Medicine Skills, Including CPR Proficiency
