Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates, located in Purcellville, Virginia, is actively seeking a GP, Small Animal Veterinarian to join our team -- you'll enjoy a diverse caseload, including exotic patients and wildlife cases.

This is where great veterinary careers begin. We're actively seeking new graduates and provide everything you need to succeed from day one. Our comprehensive mentorship program pairs you with experienced doctors who are genuinely invested in your growth. You'll:

  • Receive hands-on guidance from 14 accomplished veterinarians
  • Build your skills with graduated case responsibility
  • Develop emergency, medical, and surgical skills in a supportive, team-based environment
  • Learn continuously—questions are always welcome and encouraged
  • Gain confidence as you master your craft alongside seasoned professionals

Exceptional Compensation

  • Base Salary: $110K–$140K (competitive for 2027 new grads!)
  • Bonus: Up to $50,000 sign-on & retention package
