Sandwich Veterinary Hospital, a thriving 3-doctor practice in beautiful northern Illinois, is excited to welcome a full-time Veterinary Associate to our growing team! Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a brand-new graduate, you’ll find mentorship, collaboration, and genuine work-life balance here.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality preventative, medical, and surgical care
  • Manage wellness, sick-pet, and urgent cases during regular business hours only
  • Perform routine and advanced small animal procedures
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
  • Collaborate with our doctor team on case management and medical decision-making
  • Explore optional ruminant or swine cases if desired
  • Build leadership skills, with opportunities to train toward a future Medical Director role

About Our Hospital

  • ProSal compensation with a starting base range of $110,000 - $150,000 plus production bonuses.
