Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital – North Scottsdale

Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hardworking individual to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming veterinary hospital.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Keeping kennels, treatment areas, exam rooms, and common areas clean and sanitized

  • Laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general cleaning

  • Cleaning and resetting exam rooms between appointments

  • Walking dogs and assisting with basic animal care

  • Keeping kennels clean, comfortable, and properly stocked

  • Restocking supplies throughout the hospital

  • Helping maintain organization in treatment and storage areas

  • Running items, supplies, or paperwork where needed

  • Helping team members with miscellaneous tasks during busy periods

  • Maintaining a clean exterior and client-facing environment

  • Following hospital cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is reliable and punctual

  • Has a strong work ethic and takes initiative

  • Is comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes

  • Can work independently without needing constant direction

  • Notices what needs to be done and jumps in to help

  • Is comfortable with cleaning up urine, feces, vomit, blood, and other messes that come with working in a veterinary hospital

  • Can safely lift and carry supplies and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment

  • Has a positive, team-oriented attitude

Veterinary experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.

This position is an important part of keeping our hospital running smoothly. Our doctors and veterinary team depend on this role to help keep the hospital clean, stocked, organized, and ready for our patients and clients.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18yrs old or older

· Must be a self-starter, able to multitask and a team player.

· Genuinely enjoys working with animals and is able to deal with them even when they are stressed, ill or in pain.

· Prefer 1+ years of experience, but not required.

· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Work requires lifting, carrying and restraining animals (will be assisted by other staff members in lifting animals over 40 lbs.). Should be able to lift 40lbs on own.

. Walks or stands for extended periods or time; frequently works in a bent or squatting position.

. Is experienced in the teamwork approach and works well with all levels of hospital team members.
