We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team!
We are a 3 doctor, small animal hospital located in Western Mass that seeks a skilled veterinary technician to join our team.
Specific Skills
- Administer treatments as prescribed by veterinarian
- Produce diagnostic radiographs, collect samples and perform other laboratory tests
- Prepare and administer medications and vaccines under direction of veterinarian
- Safely and kindly handle, restrain and care for animals
- Counsel and educate clients on animal health care
- Assist veterinarian before, during and after surgery
- Perform routine animal dental procedures and assist veterinarians with oral surgery
