Point Area Veterinary Clinic invites you to explore the rewarding world of small animal practice in a supportive, collaborative environment!

During your hands-on externship, you may have opportunities to:

  • Expand your clinical knowledge through exposure to everyday veterinary cases and patient care.
  • Learn from experienced professionals who can share practical insights and lessons from their own careers.
  • Explore the many sides of veterinary medicine, from patient examinations and diagnostics to treatment planning and client communication, depending on your training level and clinic protocols.
  • Develop your professional confidence by asking questions, discussing cases, and learning how a veterinary team works together.
  • Discover your future career possibilities while building relationships with veterinary professionals who are passionate about animal health and client care.
