At our well-established hospital, you'll join a trusted team that has served the pets and families of Solano County for more than 60 years. As our Managing Veterinarian, you'll help shape the future of the practice while providing exceptional patient care alongside an experienced, collaborative team.


We offer a competitive base salary of $150,000–$180,000 (DOE), production and leadership incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, equity opportunities, and the support of a national veterinary network—allowing you to focus on your patients, your team, and your career.

Practice Exceptional Medicine

You'll have the resources to provide outstanding care, including:

  • Brand-new ultrasound, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography
  • 5 fully equipped exam rooms

Whether your passion is surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, or preventive care, you'll have the flexibility to continue growing your clinical interests.


Lead and Inspire

As Managing Veterinarian, you will:

  • Provide medical leadership and clinical direction
  • Mentor associate veterinarians
  • Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success
  • Help shape medical protocols and team development
  • Maintain an active clinical caseload

Leadership experience is welcomed but not required. If you're ready to take the next step, we'll provide the mentorship and leadership development to help you succeed.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 (DOE)
  • 22–23% production plus leadership incentives

Who We're Looking For

  • An experienced veterinarian ready to lead as Managing Veterinarian or Medical Director
  • Or a clinician eager to grow into leadership with mentorship and support
  • Current DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited college
  • ECFVG or PAVE certification (if applicable)
