What We’re Looking For:

• DVM with 1+ years of experience
• Strong surgical and dentistry skills
• Interest in leadership and practice growth
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Florida licensure (or ability to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120K–$160K base salary + production bonuses
• Up to $50K in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses
• No negative accrual for the first year
