What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our client experience, helping pet parents feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet’s care.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
  • Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately
  • Listening to questions and concerns and helping find thoughtful solutions
  • Communicating and collaborating with our medical and support teams
  • Staying organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment
  • Following through on commitments and looking for ways to improve the client experience

  • Have customer service, hospitality, veterinary, medical, or other client-facing experience
  • Genuinely care about animals and understand how important they are to their families

Veterinary experience is a plus, but we value attitude, character, and a commitment to excellent service just as highly.
