What We’re Looking For:
- A Certified Veterinary Technician (CV) OR a veterinary technician with 5+ years of experience.
- Expertise in veterinary technician skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to foster team development.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $26/hour (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a team of veterinary technicians and assistants.
- Oversee hospital workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality care.
- Assist veterinarians with surgeries, dentals, and other medical procedures.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and learning-focused workplace culture.
