Customer Service Representative II

West Salem Veterinary Clinic is a full-service veterinary medical and surgical facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Multi-line phone system management

·Email, text and voice-mail management

·Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff

·Appointment scheduling and management

·Excellent client communication

·Patient check in & check out

·Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients

·Client education & services

Qualifications:

·Experience providing superb professional and personable client services

·A minimum of 3 years working in customer service is required

·Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred)

·Attention to detail

·Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally

·Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
