Willow Run Veterinary Clinic has been serving the Lancaster County community since 1978. We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and pocket pets, focusing on high-quality patient care, and providing a respectful and fun work environment for all our staff. We are currently searching for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our team!

Community outreach is essential to our staff. Our community outreach team is made up of staff volunteers who do great work in the community throughout the year.

Compensation:
- Base salary of $120,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience)
- Production-based bonuses

Lancaster encompasses the conveniences of suburban living and the beauty of country farmlands with the advantages of a non-congested rural setting. Lancaster's beautiful countryside, with its rolling hills and expansive farmlands, offers plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the outdoors. One of Lancaster’s standout features is its proximity to major metropolitan areas. Located about an hour-and-a-half from Philadelphia and only a couple of hours from Baltimore and Washington D.C., Lancaster offers easy access to the culture and entertainment of larger cities. For those who prefer to travel by train, Lancaster has an Amtrak station, making trips to Philadelphia, New York City, and beyond quick and convenient.
