Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a compassionate individual with exceptional client service skills to fulfill a receptionist position within our front office team. This individual will be expected to provide the highest level of quality service and outstanding care to both the clients and patients of our hospital.
Starting Hourly Wage $16-18/hr
Our ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:
Must be extremely friendly, outgoing, and exhibit strong communication skills.
Be dependable, flexible, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Strive for client service that well exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering a multi-line phone
Scheduling appointments and surgical procedures
Greeting clients and patients in person and over the phone
Checking patients in/out for appointments
Invoicing clients and collecting payments
Maintaining and filing patient records
Filling prescriptions

Mountainwood Hospital is a 4 doctor, general practice in Windsor, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and client service. We have an enthusiastic and friendly team of individuals who are genuinely interested in outstanding service and quality care for our clients and their pets.
Our hours of operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00AM – 7:00PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
