Animalife Pine Ridge is looking for a receptionist to join our close-knit team. We are a 3 doctor small animal hospital that practices progressive, compassionate medicine and surgery.
Great communication skills and a great work ethic are a must. You will get to enjoy our clients on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who can multitask yet remain professional and courteous. The ideal candidate will create a wonderful first and last impression. We are busy, but expect all of our team live out our mission statement and treat our clients as we would treat our families and treat our clients’ pets as though they were our own.
Some job duties include but not limited to: Client Relations, Answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients in a warm manner, taking payment after services, daily reports, light cleaning duties, filing and organizing, hands on care with patients, Avimark computer experience is a plus and being the primary link in communication between the clients and the rest of the staff. We are a paperless (no written charts) so good computer skills are a must.
No late nights or emergency hours! Must be available to work days and a rotating Saturday schedule. Competitive wages and benefits that include paid vacations, a health care plan, a 401(K) retirement, employee discounts and much more! Pre-employment drug screening required.
We are ideally looking for someone with veterinary experience but will consider others with relevant experience.

- 8 to 10Hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday 4-5 Hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
