Veterinary Receptionist

Part-Time Receptionist Position

We are looking for a kind, caring, and dependable receptionist to join our veterinary hospital team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  Hours may vary based on hospital needs.

This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits.

What to Expect:

• Work alongside another receptionist during evening hours

• Be a warm and welcoming first point of contact for our clients and their pets

• Multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting

• Support a collaborative, compassionate, and positive front-desk team

• Adapt calmly and professionally during busy or stressful situations
