Countryside Animal Hospital is growing and seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit, AAHA-accredited team in Tempe, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who values efficiency, strong teamwork, and consistent standards of care, while maintaining work-life balance in a supportive, positive environment.

Efficient, Well-Equipped Hospital
We pride ourselves on practicing consistent, high-quality medicine with strong systems in place:

  • AAHA-accredited practice
  • Digital full-body and dental radiography
  • Handheld ultrasound with visiting specialist support
  • IDEXX in-house lab suite
  • Dedicated dental tables
  • Six exam rooms (with an additional comfort/multi-pet room being added)

Schedule Highlights

  • Part-time opportunity, ~3 days per week
  • Shorter Saturday appointment days
  • Strong team support for drop-offs and work-in appointments
  • 30-minute appointments with extended time given to new clients, puppies & kittens

Compensation & Benefits

  •  $60,000 - $80,000 base salary, depending on experience
  •  Opportunity for monthly production-based bonuses
  • Up to $5k sign-on bonus
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CE allowance
  • Paid time off and additional benefits

Who We’re Looking For

  • A veterinarian who values teamwork, efficiency, and consistency in medicine
  • Surgical confidence preferred
  • This role is well suited for experienced doctors, and we encourage applications from early-career veterinarians with a strong growth mindset.
