St. Francis Animal Hospital in Vancouver, WA is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to join our team! Up to $30K in signing bonus/incentives!

  • Provide collaborative mentorship for our newer doctors and work with “sister” hospitals to enhance the training and development opportunities available for every veterinarian
  • Employ licensed veterinary technicians and schedule one tech and one assistant for each doctor on surgery days
  • Have amazing equipment to make your day flow smoothly (digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, electrocautery)
  • Are willing to invest in new equipment, medications, and special "asks" for you to practice your best medicine

The Managing Veterinarian is responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine is delivered. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Managing Veterinarian is responsible for the financial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets, and meeting budget expectations. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Managing Veterinarian are responsible for directing staff and the overall management of the practice, under the direction of NVA Divisional Leadership.
