Job description:
We are seeking a receptionist for our growing hospital. Approximately 36 hours per week, including Saturdays. Do you have prior veterinary reception experience that wants to work in a fast paced veterinary hospital? Our ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, compassionate, kind and empathetic. Have a great understanding of the human - pet bond that is shared and must be willing to treat all pets as if they were your own.
Requirements:
This team-oriented working environment fosters nurturing and compassionate care for our patients. The receptionist position requires strong customer service skills and a people pleaser attitude. Some of the responsibilities for our receptionist are as follows….. Greeting clients, answering phone calls, client and pet check ins, processing payments and more.
· Previous customer service experience required, veterinary experience preferred
· Avimark experience a plus
· MS Word and basic computer operating skills
Compensation depends on experience: $32,000 - $39,000 yearly.
